Home Depot 11% Rebate

Home Depot is offering an 11% rebate for your total in-store purchases. Home Depot and Lowes provides this rebate promo when one of their home improvement competitors, Menards, runs a similar promotion.

Menards is a chain of stores located in the Midwestern states. That means Home Depot is targeting the following states that Menards operates in:

  • Arkansas (AR)
  • Iowa (IA)
  • Illinois (IL)
  • Indiana (IN)
  • Kansas (KS)
  • Kentucky (K
  • Michigan (MI)
  • Minnesota (MN)
  • Missouri (MO)
  • North Dakota (ND)
  • Nebraska (NE)
  • Ohio (OH)
  • South Dakota (SD)
  • Wisconsin (WI)

Unfortunately, the rebate isn’t valid for other states not listed above.

How do I submit the rebate?

You can either print the PDF form and mail it in or submit it online within 30 days of your purchase.

I’m not sure why you would rather do it by snail mail. Save a stamp and submit everything online. All the information you need is on your receipt:

Can I use other Home Depot coupons and discounts with this?

Yes!

Although the purchase has to be in-store, so you can’t use strategies like using a cash back shopping site. However, you can still stack this offer with any other Home Depot coupons, discounts, and product rebates you may have!

If you don’t have any coupons or discounts laying around, try buying discounted gift cards ahead of time to save even more.

What other details do I need to know?

Here’s the fine print:

  • Requires valid receipt
  • Rebate form must be postmarked/submitted within 30 days of purchase
  • Only in-store purchases are eligible for rebate
  • Credit comes in the form of a Home Depot gift card
  • Allow 6-8 weeks for delivery of the gift card
  • Not valid for special order merchandise
  • Select SKUs are excluded including Weber, John Deere, gift cards and some others

The Bottom Line

An 11% Home Depot rebate is pretty significant.

They don’t offer discounts as big or as often as Lowes does. Whether you have a big home improvement project coming up or just need to buy a few supplies, this rebate is great if you’re in one of the states listed.

I used this and combined it with a gift card I bought on Cardpool. Keep the deals coming!
