For a limited time, Hulu is offering people a free month trial to its streaming service. See what Hulu has to offer with this free trial that lasts an entire month! This works for both new and previous Hulu customers!
About Hulu
Hulu is a video on demand subscription service owned by The Walt Disney Company and Comcast.
The service is similar to what other competitors like Netflix or Disney+ provides, but has exclusive shows and movies found on Hulu. This includes shows like The Handmaid’s Tale (which I love), Castle Rock, Casual, and The Act.
Hulu Free Trial Options
Hulu has 3 different plans available for the free trial:
- Hulu = watch shows and movies with ads; $5.99/month
- Hulu No Ads = watch shows and movies ad-free; $11.99/month
- Hulu + Live TV = watch 60+ channels of live and on-demand shows and movies; $54.99
The free month trial is available on either the Hulu or Hulu No Ads plan. There’s also a free trial for the Hulu + Live TV, but only for a week instead of the full month.
Personally, I’d recommend choosing one of the plans that give you an entire month. That way, you’ll get a feel for the service and see if you like what Hulu offers. Although Hulu + Live TV is really nice because you get to watch sports and shows in real time with channels like ESPN, CBS, ABC, FOX, TLC, USA, FX, etc.
Other Interesting Deals:
- YouTube Premium 3-Month Free Trial
- GetUpside Pays You Every Time You Buy Gas For Your Car
- Fetch Rewards Pays You For Scanning Your Grocery Receipts
Where Do I Sign Up For A Free Trial Of Hulu?
To get your free trial, click the direct link above. It will bring you to Hulu’s plan options where you’ll select which free trial you want.
Once you choose a plan, Hulu will ask you to create an account and enter your billing information. They won’t charge you anything until the free trial is over. The one month (or one week for Hulu + Live TV) clock immediately begins and Hulu will charge you the regular rate of the plan once the trial period ends.
Ninja Tip: Don’t make it hard on yourself – cancel immediately after you sign up. You’ll avoid being automatically charged in case you forget while still getting the entire time to try Hulu for free.
How Do I Cancel My Hulu Subscription?
With Hulu, you can cancel any time you want.
To cancel, head to your Account page on a computer or mobile browser. Select Cancel under Your Subscription and follow the on-screen instructions.
After you’ve canceled, the subscription status on your Account page should read: “Your subscription is about to cancel.” You’ll continue to have access to Hulu until the end of your current billing cycle, but will not be charged moving forward.
Alternatively, for the lazy ninjas, you can get to it here.
The Bottom Line
Good deal to try one of the more popular streaming services for free.
I cut cable out my life a long time ago – buying internet and pairing it with Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime TV gives me pretty much all the shows, movies, and sports I’d want to watch.
Switching from cable to streaming services is one of the top ways I listed in this post to save money fast.
