T-Mobile Tuesdays Overview
T-Mobile Tuesdays, now part of the T-Life app that’s available on both Android and iOS, gives T-Mobile customers free stuff, great deals, and the chance to win prizes – just for being a customer. Sprint customers can also now participate in T-Mobile Tuesdays thanks to the the merger combining the two carriers.
Every week on Tuesday, T-Mobile offers new:
- free stuff, great deals, and exclusive offers for each eligible T-Mobile line
- chance to win epic prizes like amazing vacations, the latest smartphones, gift cards, and more when available
Not a T-Mobile customer? Try their service for free with T-Mobile’s Network Test Drive offer.
What Types Of Deals Are Offered On T-Mobile Tuesdays?
Each week on Tuesday, T-Mobile usually offers 5 different deals. Two of the deals are usually freebies and the rest are discounts at various places.
Free Food & Drinks
Most weeks will include at least one free food or drink deal. When you redeem the offer, a barcode will appear on your screen. All you have to do is show this code to the cashier and they will scan it to give you the discount.
Free T-Mobile Merchandise
You’ll see free T-Mobile swag available from time to time like the hat offer in the image. Other things I’ve seen offered are umbrellas, scarves, drink tumbler, and socks.
Gas Deals
Gas deals seem to be a recurring offer. Normally, there’s a Shell gas promotion that gives you 10 cents to 25 cents off per gallon of gas.
Prizes
T-Mobile also gives customers a chance to win epic prizes. For example, one week there was a wheel spinning game where you had the chance to win Amazon gift card ranging from $5 all the up to $500!
They gave away $1,200,000 worth of Amazon gift cards that day.

The Bottom Line
I’ve been a fan of T-Mobile Tuesdays since they launched the program a few years ago. While you’re not going to get rich from these deals, if you’re a customer of T-Mobile or Sprint you might as well take advantage of them.
It doesn’t take a lot of work to activate the offer (you’re simply tapping on an offer to save it to your phone) and some of the offers are really useful.
I have 8 voice lines with them thanks to all their free giveaways, which means I get free stuff 8x over! For example, when they gave away a $3 Starbucks gift card for each account, I racked up $21 to spend on espressos and lattes.
I am having trouble getting my previous apps from tmobile Tuesdays every since this t-life came into existence it’s been hard for me to long into and get my previous apps I had on t-mobile Tuesdays
It would be nice if they rotated deals, but EVERY Tuesday I go on the site and it is THE SAME FOOD EVERY TIME! They used to have a $3.99 1 topping pizza at Little Caesars and then they changed it to be just a free crazy bread/sauce WITH A PIZZA PURCHASE👎😞
Walmart website listed free 3 month trial membership is not available. So, how can obtain?
I attempted to apply for the 90 day free Walmart membership. When I clicked on ‘Enjoy 90 days of Walmart + for free’, Walmart’s site responded ‘This offer isn’t available”. So how can I assess this offer
When I open The Starz deal, it shows up for $4.99, not $1.99- am I doing something wrong?
I just tried and have the same issue… weird. I forwarded the issue to T-Mobile so hopefully the fix it soon. Thanks for the heads up!
Is this like the give away pens and tiny lights and dozen of other items that are given out at dentist and doctors offices that only work for a week or so then go belly up? Is it at least a little more than a consolation prize?
I laughed out a little when I read your comment, haha. It’s nothing earth shattering, but it’s better than pens and toothbrushes.
Not all of them are great, but I’m using things like the $2 Dunkin’ gift cards. I have 10 phones on my T-Mobile plan and each phone gets a gift card – that’s 4 free vanilla lattes for the week. The MLB.TV is useful for me since it allows me to watch out-of-network games for free. I’ve also received a few Amazon gift cards from T-Mobile’s weekly drawing.
Why can’t I get the code sent to my phone I get other texts?
All I ever can get is 5 cents / gallon
Even on the 22 cents/ gallon on 2/22/22. Go the Shell and it comes up as 5 cent/gallon every time at different Shells
What Gives !!!
Where is Frankinstine!!!!
The free T-mobile blanket I went to a lot of stores and they was all out of them. And the one said that they was getting some more in and I came back to the store and they never got them in so how do I get a blanket ?
It’s been fine for me since the beginning. Are you still having passcode error?
