Swagbucks: Make $62 With LifeLock Sign Up

There’s another offer to make a $62 profit on Swagbucks with LifeLock. Here’s how to do it!

Ninja Update 06/18/20: Deal is back!

What is Swagbucks?

Swagbucks is an online cash back site that pays you for shopping at your favorite retailers. It’s a legit site having been around since 2006 and has given away almost $400 million in rewards.

Want to learn more? Read our review here and sign up with my link to get a bonus of up to $13.

What is the offer?

Swagbucks is offering 8,000 “Swagbucks” for signing up for LifeLock and downloading its iOS or Android app. A Swagbuck is worth 1 cent per point so 8,000 Swagbucks is worth $80.

LifeLock is a well-known identity protection subscription service. The cheapest monthly plan is $8.99 and you’ll need to keep your subscription for 40 days (2 months), which will cost you a total of $17.98.

At the end of the deal, you’ll net out with a $62.02 profit ($80 that you make minus the $17.98 you spent).

How do I get this deal?

Once you sign up for Swagbucks, go to the search bar located at the top and search for “LifeLock”. You’ll see an offer pop out offering 8,000 points:

Swagbucks will transfer you to a page where you need to enter your email address at the bottom. Enter the email you have listed with Swagbucks:

Once you get the email (you may experience a slight delay in receiving it), click the link in the email to download the LifeLock app.

Open the LockLock app and register for a new account. Do not remove the coupon code that was automatically filled in. When you get to the billing plan, make sure to switch your payment option to monthly.

After my first payment is processed, I received an email from Swagbucks that 8,000 points is pending and a welcome email from LifeLock. I also saw the 8,000 points under my Swagbucks account in the “pending activity” section.

After 40 days, you can cancel your LifeLock subscription. I would wait 41 or 42 days to be safe – just make sure to cancel before 60 days so you don’t get charged for a third month of service.

How do I redeem Swagbucks?

On the upper-right hand corner of your Swagbucks account, it will list the amount of Swagbucks you have next to a smiley face. If you click on that, a drop-down menu will appear with “Redeem SB” as one of the options.

There, you can redeem your points for cash by choosing either a PayPal payment or Visa Rewards Card. You can also redeem them on a 1:1 basis at popular places like Amazon, Walmart, or iTunes.

Other Swagbucks Deals:

The Bottom Line

Swabucks constantly offers deals like this and they’re easy money makers. A lot of The Money Ninja readers got in on the Vuse offer too that they had a couple of weeks ago. Getting $120 for 20 minutes of your time is pretty nice 🙂

I find Swagbucks to have great customer service too. Whenever I have an issue, a quick email to them usually resolves the problem.
